Welcome to our villa, built in 2008 and situated in the luxury Resort Sierra Cortina, in Finestrat, on the Costa Blanca, Spain.

The villa is part of a spaciously set-out small development in a quiet and child-friendly location, with views to the hills and sea. From the villa you look out directly onto the 18-hole Pitch & Putt golf course that is part of the complex.
Shops are about 1½ km away and the beach 3 km.

Nearby are the towns of Benidorm, Altea, Villajoyosa, Sella, Relleu, Quadalest.
The airport at Alicante is 45 km away and Valencia 125 km (on the A7).

The villa is a semi-detached, 2-storey villa, fully and luxuriously fitted out for 6 persons, with living room, separate kitchen and utility room, 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor), and 3 bathrooms, one with hydro massage bath.
Satellite television is provided in the living room and master bedroom.
Outside, the villa has its own garden area and patios, and parking place.
