The semi-detached villa was built in 2008, and part of the spaciously set-out, child-friendly Resort Sierra Cortina, and furnished to a luxury standard.

Superb outlook onto the 18-hole Pitch & Putt course, sea and hills.

It has a breakfast area with 4 chairs.
